DeRonte Polite graduated from CCCB in 2009 with his Bachelor of Religious Studies.  He is well known for his involvement with the Saints basketball program, where as team captain, he led his team to their first ACCA National Championship where they finished second.  Polite set many school records and won many conference awards (see the list below).  Aside from basketball, he is known for his impeccable ministry achievements.  While attending Central, Polite travelled to China on a mission trip, preached regularly at the church in Novelty, MO and was heavily involved in discipleship, with the intentional goal of personal spiritual growth and in sharing Christ.

Coach Polite and his wife, Sarah (Vickio) Polite moved from their home in Delaware in early August.  He is looking forward to joining the athletic program and ministry team at Central, and to challenging the Lady Saints to strive for excellence - both on and off the court.
